DO NOT send in your existing capacitor with your pump to be remanufactured. All remanufactured K&K Pumps DO NOT come with a new capacitor. You will need to use your existing capacitor.

Each remanufactured K&K Pump comes with a 1-year warranty against defects. The warranty does not cover damage to pump or its components caused by improper installation.

Not all pumps can be rebuilt. Items such as electrical shorts in the motor or armature grounding will prevent us from rebuilding your pump. If we determine that your pump is beyond repair, we will credit your purchase of the rebuild service to the purchase price of a new K&K pump.

Step 1

Simply select your pump from the list below and place your order online. We'll then email you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your pump.

Step 2

Carefully box up your old pump and ship it to us, or drop off your pump at our convenient Northeast Florida dropoff location. Box, packing materials, and shipping/freight to K&K is at your expense.

Step 3

We evaluate every pump on receipt to determine if it is rebuildable. In the event your pump isn't, we'll credit your rebuild purchase toward the purchase of a brand new K&K ice maker pump.

Step 4

Your old pump is completely disassembled by our experts. All impellers, impeller pins, bearings, seals, screws, and housings are replaced with the same brand new, reliable, components found in Hoshizaki pumps.

All metal parts are sandblasted, primed, painted with marine-grade coating, and clear-coated. We even hand-craft new vents. Additionally, stainless steel bolts and nuts are used to replace factory non-stainless Phillips screws. This allows for easy replacement of any cracked housings.

Step 5

After being bench tested at our factory, your newly remanufactured pump is carefully packaged and shipped back to you.

If you originally dropped off your pump, your remanufactured pump will be available at our pickup location in Callahan, FL.

Buyers are responsible for packaging and shipping costs to our facility.

Typically, we can complete the remanufacturing process within 10 business days. Upon completion, we will ship your remanufactured pump back to you, or if you originally dropped it off, we'll make it available for you to pickup.
